Privacy policy
This policy explains how Pixel World Pte Ltd, which runs Lava Floor ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It covers this website, our bookings and your visit to our venue at Marina Square.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, group size, preferred date and anything else you write in a form, an email or a WhatsApp message.
- Booking details: the names, contact details and session times you enter when you book. Payments go through our booking and payment providers, and we don't store card numbers.
- Waiver details: the information on the waiver every player signs at the counter, including a parent or guardian's details for children.
- Website data: pages visited, device and browser type, rough location and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To take and manage bookings, and to contact you about them.
- To answer enquiries and plan group and company sessions.
- To keep players safe and deal with anything that happens at the venue.
- To improve the website and our service, and to measure our advertising.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We only send you marketing messages if you've agreed to get them, and you can opt out at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google tags (Google Analytics and Google Ads) to see how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. They set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.
YouTube videos on this site only load when you press play.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our online booking system, payment processors, form and email services, website hosting, and analytics and advertising tools. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
- Our partner Lockdown, which shares our unit, when that is needed to run your visit.
- Government or law enforcement bodies, when the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal data.
Data stored outside Singapore
Some of our service providers keep data on servers outside Singapore. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, copying, changes and loss. No way of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it.
Your rights
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it's been used in the past year.
- Ask us to correct personal data that's wrong or incomplete.
- Withdraw your consent to us using your personal data. If you do, we may not be able to provide some services, such as a booking.
Email us to make a request. We'll reply within 30 days, and we may need to confirm who you are first.
Children
Players under 13 must come with a paying adult. The parent or guardian gives consent for their child and signs the waiver for them.
